When students register, they must accept these Terms & Conditions

Nickywiz Tutoring Agreement: Key Terms

Commitment & Attendance

  • Enrolling in A1 or A2 requires a minimum 3 sessions/week or 2 sessions/week at 90 minutes per session
  • Missed sessions without prior notice (24h+) will not be rescheduled or refunded, after a one time short notice for missed session.
  • Repeated absences (more than 3 times per month) will NOT be rescheduled nor refunded.

Payment Policy

  • 50% of tuition is required upfront to secure placement.
  • Remaining 50% is due by midpoint (half of the scheduled hours).
  • Payment must be completed to continue past the midpoint. No exceptions.
  • No certificates will be issued upon completion—this is a private tutoring program.

Refund & Reschedule Policy

  • Upfront payment is non-refundable once the course begins.
  • Reschedules allowed only within the same week with 24-hour notice.
  • No roll-over of hours into the next course cycle.

 

Dismissal

  • Students showing lack of commitment or consistently poor attendance may be removed from the course. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Homework & Submission

  • Students are expected to complete and submit all assigned homework.
  • Feedback will be provided weekly via Google Docs or personal email.

Privacy & Access

  • Student data (email, homework, recordings) will be kept highly confidential.
  • Sessions may be recorded for private review; consent is granted upon signing.

Technical Difficulties/Emergency Cases

In the event there is technical difficulty or emergency (on the part of the tutor) before or during a session, the student will not lose the time

Students who attend classes with slow internet connection and noisy background may be at a learning disadvantage. There will be no reschedule of such class(es) and there will no refund.
